Mixer truck is a kind of vehicle specially used for transporting and mixing concrete, also known as concrete
mixing truck. It plays an important role in fields such as construction sites, road construction and infrastructure
construction.
Vehicle structure: The mixer truck is usually composed of chassis, mixing tank, mixing device, feeding system,
discharging system and control system. The chassis is generally used for heavy trucks or special chassis
to ensure the carrying capacity and stability of the vehicle.
Mixing tank: This is the core part of the mixer truck for loading and mixing concrete. The inside of the tank
is equipped with mixing blades or mixing shafts, and the concrete raw materials are fully mixed by rotating
mixing.
Stirring device: The stirring device is usually driven by a motor or hydraulic motor, which drives the stirring
blade or the stirring shaft to rotate. Mixing speed and time can be adjusted according to the type and
requirements of concrete.
Feed system: The feed system includes components such as the feed hopper and conveyor belt to transport
the concrete raw material into the mixing tank. The hopper is usually removable for easy material loading.
Discharge system: The discharge system generally includes discharge doors and discharge chutes, etc.,
which can unload the mixed concrete to the construction site. The opening and closing of the discharge
door can be operated by the control system.
